Antique Victorian Apothecary Bottle in Treen Turned Box Wood Case Circa 1850
An increasingly rare to find blown glass apothecary bottle with ground glass stopper in a fitted turned box wood treen case. Dates from around the middle of the 19th Century. Unusually, the case, bottle and stopper are all present and correct with no damage. It measures approximately 5 inch high and two inch wide. Please keep an eye on my listings if you like old and/or unusual items. I live in the rural area in which’Downton Abbey’ was set and often find interesting items to offer. Antique Victorian Beveled Glass Curio Display Case Wall Shelf CabinetExquisite
Here we offer for sale an Antique Hanging Curio Cabinet. It has a beveled glass door, four shelves with Eastlake & Spool decoration. The cabinet is 22″ tall by 21″ wide by 7 in depth. It is in great condition for its 130 years old. This piece dates from around 1890. The finish is excellent & ready to hang & use for years to come. There are little nicks, minute scratches, two cracks or lines in the back of the cabinet in the back liner. But over all this piece is in very fine condition like the day it was made. Here I have a Genuine Original Antique Wooden And Glass Display Case with age related keys. Some Edwardian and Victorian in age. Case is age related to the keys as you can tell by the way its been built and the glass front. Case when closed measures approx 10 in Length and 8 Wide and 2 Deep. Case has 2 brass clips one top and bottom for closing. Condition is aged as you can see in photos. Keys are also in aged condition they are pinned into the case.
