Exotic Wood and Glass Case – Cherry. They are predrilled and pre-assembled – just screw in the knob. Then simply slide in the glass panels and top and add your collectable. This case features a reversible back – one side is matching Cherry Plywood and the other side is covered in a High Quality Felt. A mirrored back can be added to the order for 30.00. This display case is handcrafted using solid 3/4 inch Cherry. These doll cases have reversible backs, glass sides and tops, Wood/Glass doors in front to allow for easy access to your collectables. The case design allows the contents to breathe while keeping them dust free. Each case is specially designed and handcrafted by Mike of Chameleon Woodcrafting. Mike meticulously finishes the wood by hand — first the case is sealed with an oil / varnish mixture, then sprayed with three coats of lacquer to bring out the unique characteristics of each piece of wood. The wood is then hand rubbed with a fine English wax to protect the finish. The bottom is Cherry Plywood. There are felt feet on the bottom. At Chameleon Woodcrafting, we us old world joinery and meticulous finishing techniques in each of our pieces. Usually Mike’s work is by custom order. The outside dimensions of this case are 28″ tall by 15.5 wide and 14.5″ deep. The inside dimensions of this case are 27.25″ tall by 14″ wide and 13 deep.
